As a Customer Service Associate you will represent the company while dealing with various customer inquiries, complaints, Track & Trace activities and orders management.
-Daily communication with customers via call, email, and fax
-Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers and being their first point of contact
-Ensuring that all customer queries are satisfied and all issues are resolved
-Working towards the goal of full customer and stakeholder satisfaction with the service
-Suggesting process improvements
-Education in MBO 4 or higher, Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent is a plus
-1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, experience with issue handling is a plus
-You are an advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus
-You are fluent in English AND native in German
