You will have an unusual opportunity to:
- Provide emphatic, professional customer service including handling telephone calls and intelligible answering or processing inquiries,
- Maintain relationships with clients during resolving their cases and other subjects,
- Keep records of consumer contact,
- Dynamic delegate issues to the right internal departments,
- Inform customers about their account balance before eventual problems,
- Meet individual targets and KPIs,
- Support your co-workers with your specific knowledge and skills in case of more difficult matters and proactively offer improvements,
- Additional administration.
We expect the perfect candidate to have a previous experience on position consisting of customer service and advanced English language. We will also deeply appreciate positive attitude, great teamwork, problem-solving and communication skills.
