Hiring logistics support :
We have a high volume of hiring needs for FTE, FTCs and Subcons.
FTE: The TDMs organise the interview schedule on hiring days and arrange the interviewers. With the high volume of hiring, this is taking considerable time. We need to shift this type of work to a Support team member.
FTCs, the logistics to review CVs and schedule interviews falls to the TDM, resulting in the same situation as for FTE hiring. For Subcon hiring the logistics falls to the PjM who should be focused on Customer delivery. With the high volume, this is now taking too much time from Managers and project teams.
