We are currently looking for Continuous Improvement and Quality Lead who will be responsible for implementing and development a culture of process optimization.

  • Prioritizing CI & Quality project (regional/local optimization budget)
  • Aligning on categorization of opportunities into CI & Quality project types
  • Training on CI & Quality standard methodologies to group members participating to CI & Quality projects and maintain training calendar
  • Driving change management for CI & Quality culture in Shared Service Center locations (incl. Support for idea generation)
  • Supporting implementation of CI & Quality projects covered by local and global optimization budget
  • Supporting issue log management including resolution and root cause analysis
  • Supporting implementation of common CI methodologies across Shared Service Center locations & best practices sharing
  • Supporting exchange on CI & Quality projects within Quality community
  • Proposing/ suggesting enhancement of internal CI projects methodology
  • Supporting preparation and review of reports on CI & Quality project and quality accuracy for Global Business Services Board
  • Overall management of the Quality Assurance activities including Issue Management, preparing and review of reports on Quality accuracy and related CI and quality initiatives
  • Building-up and maintaining Quality Network in the FK BS Europe organization (incl. dedicated team, partially assigned roles, management team and beyond), fostering good collaboration in the Network
  • Jointly with Global CI & Quality further continuously improving the Quality and KPI reporting structure, incl. locally improving visual management(Dashboards, "Quality Corner") and implementing required technical solutions
  • Supporting implementation and providing advice for execution of Quality checks in all process areas, incl. proper documentation of any quality related findings and actions/projects
  • Supporting automation of Internal Controls used to improve quality
  • Supporting implementation of RPA projects


  • Background in project management and/or business analysis and/or process improvement with a proven track record of delivering large scale change
  • Process improvement accreditation (e.g. Lean, 6 Sigma) is advantageous
  • Strong leadership background with the ability to lead, motivate, develop and engage direct reports
  • Profound knowledge of finance processes, incl. relevant IT environment (SAP)
  • Flexibility in approach with the ability to react rapidly and to lead, and support teams in a challenging technical and change environment
  • Resilience to drive projects through to completion under pressure
  • Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders and teams (change management skills)
  • Ability to operate in areas of "overlapping" responsibilities at times, coming to pragmatic agreement on approach with colleagues in order to deliver the best, most rapid outcome
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Other European language(-s) of advantage
