After a morning coffee, you will be responsible for:  
  • Management of the day to day running of the Customer Service Offices,
  • Management and mentoring team members, 
  • Supporting Customer Service and Sales Managers,
  • Liaising with internal and external clients, 
  • Performance reviews and KPI’s reports, 
  • Ensuring high quality of Customer Service according to the company’s policies and procedures, 
  • Ensuring efficient and effective processes in areas impacting Customer Service, 
  • Implementing improvements and best practices, 
  • Participation in the additional administrative processes, 
  • Assisting Customers with invoice queries and escalations if necessary, 
  • Business meetings and visits to Customers – with minimum amount of travel, 
  • Building a company’s brand on the market while providing outstanding customer service. 





Your profile:
  • Proven experience on a position of a Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager,
  • Proven experience in Customer Service area in the production sector – must have,
  • Fluent command of English and one of the following: French OR German language (min. C1 level),
  • Strong communication and organizational skills,
  • Proactive and business oriented attitude,
  • Readiness to work partly from the office in Kraków (after pandemic).
