On behalf of our Client, international manufacturing company, the world leader in its sector, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of Finance & Administration Manager.

The successful Candidate will have overall control and responsibility for all financial and accounting aspects of company performance, including all accounting matters for all Polish entities, monthly forecasting, financial close, annual strategic and business plan, financial controls. Person employed in this position will be responsible for supports the Plant Managers with understanding and analyzing financial statements.
The Finance & Administration Manager acts as an intermediary between the Plant management and the Finance Department, and advises the various departments of the plants on accounting, financial and compliance rules.
Moreover, her/his scope of duties will also cover participation in closing the books and ensure the integrity of the monthly reporting, SOX controls monitoring and documentation. Finance & Administration Manager will actively participate in drawing up the budget for the Plants, ensure legal compliance and manage legal topics.

We are looking for a person who has financial acumen, experience in managing staff, university degree with a strong focus on Finance, experience on the managerial position gained in international manufacturing companies. All the professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA) will be highly appreciated. We are looking for Candidates with negotiating, effective organisational and time management skills with ability to provide leadership. Able to communicate with all levels across the organization, behave as a business partner and leader.
Fluency in English - written and spoken is a must.
