Team Leader with Spanish

Your responsibilities:

• ensure efficient and qualitative services delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements
• support all co-workers 
• support solving problems and independently resolve first level escalations
• follow-up on the status of outstanding issues
• recruit competent new co-workers that will fit to the team 
• take an active role in coaching and developing staff knowledge, skills and competence

Requirements:

• fluent Spanish and English (min C1)
• Experience in team management, preferably from an international environment (e.g. finance, HR, customer service, logistics)
• You have passion for working with people and you successfully lead them by example
• You have a service oriented and customer focused background, a strong drive and the ability to take decisions and delegate
• Knowledge of HR/Payroll environment would be a huge plus
