Opis stanowiska pracy
You will be responsible for:
- contact with the customer, by phone and e-mail (incoming calls)
- first line of business customer support (about 6-8 phone calls a day); 30% by phone, the rest by e-mail and administrative services
- various inquiries regarding the e-banking platform (e.g. the customer does not know how to make a transfer or has a general problem with the transfer - he calls you or writes an e-mail; if you do not know how to solve such a problem, you forward to another team that can check problem and come back to them with the answer)
- if you see that a client has problems, you offer him training and teach him how to use the application
Requirements:
- Some experience in customer service
- Experience in banking area will be a plus
- Ability to work independently to deliver against objectives to the required quality standards
- Knowledge of English– minimum B2 level
- Knowledge of Italian / Spanish / German - at C1 level minmum
