Finance Director – Transformation & Innovation Team

You will:

• Act as a single point of contact for the client organization in troubleshooting and resolving all issues arising from delivery-related activities
• Be responsible for timely: Delivery management, Client satisfaction and relationship, Transformation & Industrialised Innovation, Supporting Growth
• Understand what it takes to manage a business and uses the insights to gain better understanding of a client’s need and to position the right offerings to bring value to the client
• Support Account and Business Development in the region
• Ensure implementation of best practices in the areas of People, Process, Technology and Controls
• Manage the talent pipeline within the team in conjunction with the Practice to ensure organisation resilience on a short, medium, and long- term basis

We expect:

• Proven experience in BPO or SSC sector
• Proven experience in managing and on the role of Director or Senior Manager
• Finance background/ degree
• Fluent command of English
• Good experience in managing / performing Transformation processes
• Strong Customer Service / Client relationship skills
• Good communication skills
• Open-minded, proactive and business-oriented attitude
