Fleet Manager, EMEA

The FLEET Manager is responsible for coordinating the sales-related activities with fleets within the EMEA region. This includes defining fleet strategy concerning specifications as well as parts replacement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Strategic alignment of the European fleet activities based on the regional strategy
• Support sales organization in Europe and plan common visits to fleets and coordinate activities

towards European/national transport organizations

• Setting up and follow up goals
• Preparing individual and template presentations, promotion, mailings, events
• Gathering market information concerning needs on the fleet level
• Ensure alignment between AM, OEM and Service network
• Planning and execution of fleet meetings
• Leading the development and application of a training concept for OEM and AM colleagues

Qualifications

• Background in HD automotive industry (supplier, fleet, workshop)
• Good negotiating skills, very good ability to communicate internally, with fleet managers as well as workshop managers.
• Basic technical knowledge of truck and trailer technology,
• Fluent English
• Leadership skills to engage and motivate people and follow up the goals
• 3 – 5 years in similar leading position
